Q: What all do you need to get started?
A:  All you have to do is send us your song's worktape, lyrics, production notes and payment.  You can send all of this via email or postal mail. We accept checks, all major credit cards, and paypal.   Once your materials is received, we will contact you immediately to discuss all the options for us to make your song sound the way you always dreamed it could!  You have final say of everything.  You can let us run with it to make it the best possible, or you can give us a liste of production notes you'd like us to follow.  We will communicate choices with you, give you advice/opinions, etc..  All before we record the first note!  Once we are certain we know exactly what you're going for.. we take it from there and work our magic.   Instead of spending thousands of dollars on airfare, hotels, gas, travel, food, etc.. for your trip to Nashville to make connections with a studio who will give you the sound you're looking for.   We've done all the work for you.  You can spend more time writing, and less time trying to find someone in Nashville who will make your song shine.  You're here. You've found them.
 

Q: Why do they sound so much better than normal "demos"?
A:  We get asked this all the time.  Our producer, Stacy Hogan, has produced and written major label cuts across multiple genres. His attention to detail and time spent breathing life into every aspect of the production is an entirely different process than that of your normal "Nashville Demo" house.  Each song is treated like it's a major label production.  A+ Session players, multiple overdub sessions, professional mixing, and radio-ready mastering.  This is why his production has won many awards and his clients return to him for their next "future hit!".   Normally, the process in other "demo houses" are to chart 30 songs a day, get a band to knock them all out, put generic licks, a quick mix, and bam!! You've got a demo!.   Not with us at BND Studios. Each track is laid down with precision, focus, and quality.  It is treated no different than a major label release. The goal is to give your song the best foot forward when you put it in the hands of a publisher, label or artist.   A recent client of ours said it best.. Q: What all instruments come with my production?
Are vocals including?   What about mastering?
A:  Unlike most places, here at "Best Nashville Demos" our prices are ALL-INCLUSIVE!!    You tell US what you'd like on your song, and we'll make it happen!  We will use whatever instruments make your song the strongest it can be. With that being said, unless you ask us to, we don't automatically add ALL the possible instruments to every song (for the sake of them sounding too busy!) .  We tastefully use whatever is needed to make your song full and sounding like a hit.  If you want or need something extra, we'll throw it in at no cost to you!  This price also includes all mixing, vocals, professional mastering, editing, vocal tweaking, studio time, musicians.

All inclusive = (Live Drums, Bass Guitar, Multiple Acoustic Guitars, Rhythm and Lead Electric Guitars, Piano, Strings, Organ, Fiddle, Steel, Banjo, Dobro, Mandolin, and Vocals (with multiple harmonies!)

Q: What are the prices, tax, shipping, fees?
A:  No tax.   Shipping is free.  and no FEES!   What you pay is the base price and that's it.  
If you are doing 1-3 songs = $3500 per song
If you are doing 4-8 songs = $3200 per song 
If you are doing 9+ songs =  $3000 per song     

Q: What is the normal turnaround time?
A:  10-12 DAYS!  YES!  Look around and you'll find most places make you wait a long 5-6 weeks for your demo to arrive back.   Here you can expect your radio-ready masterpiece to arrive back to you within an average of 10-12 business days!  Yes! An unbeatable sound at an unbeatable turnaround time!
 

Q: What if I can't play an instrument and can only sing/hum on the worktape I'm sending?  Also, what If I don't have a worktape and can only send lyrics?
A:  Got a cool song but can't quite play it or put it onto a worktape?  We here at "Best Nashville Demos" will hire professional Nashville songwriting teams to write the music to your songs.  As a rare added bonus,  you don't have to share writing or publishing credit with them.  All of their work is "work for hire". It'll be your professionally written and produced song which YOU own all the rights to (same goes with any production that we do for you!).

 

Q: Do you only do country songs?
A:  No!  We do every style imaginable.    And we do it right!

Q: What if I want something different?  or edited?
A:  Got new updated lyrics?    Want a different lead guitar on that one break?  You are guaranteed 100% satisfaction.  If there's something we can do to make your song exactly how you want it, we're going to do it.  There is no risk involved of getting back something that simply does not amaze you.

In the last 2 years, Stacy Hogan has written over 10 major label songs for other artists across multiple genres, including 2 Billboard Top 10 Hard Rock singles.  He has had consistent success in licensing his productions for TV shows & commercials as well as winning multiple songwriting awards in 2013.
